Uncaring dealer To start my review, i booked an appointment on Sunday for Thursday but stated in the description that “ it’s an emergency so ill be visiting Monday mo To start my review, i booked an appointment on Sunday for Thursday but stated in the description that “ it’s an emergency so ill be visiting Monday morning” to hand in the vehicle so Tuesday morning they start working on it, Tuesday goes by but no peep I call Wednesday morning they said they got the car in the lot but I didn’t feel comfortable with what they said, so I decided to pay them a visit around noon, turns out my vehicle is still in the lot where i left it even the way i left it parked, no need to lie to me over the phone! Just cuz i live downtown Chicago doesn’t mean i cant stop by! then I waited for them to take my car & send it over to chevy, chevy said they got no idea whats wrong they gotta dig through it. Wednesday passes without a peep from either dealerships, i called today (Thursday 27DEC18) & asked whats going on they said they’ll get back to me, took them 4 hours then I called chevy myself to get an update, they said “they got no idea what is wrong with my car probably the same issue as last time”....you don’t know whats wrong with my car & guessing that it could be the same issue as last time? That’s quite convenient to me as a customer, i work in D.C I travel every week or two weeks or so but now I’m forced to stay out of work? My guess would be my car is parked in the lot of the chevy dealership & hasn’t been looked at, & probably won’t be looked at for another week! This is absolutely ridiculous! My vehicles make is GM so chevy takes care of it, so whenever they know my vehicle is coming in, they should make space for my vehicle at the chevy dealership to have my car checked! Now I’m forced to spend hundreds of dollars to go back & forth from D.C to Chicago & new years is around the corner & its hard to find flights!!! This absurd! Even I call just now to Chevy and they say they didnt have chance to look at it yetZ I just want everyone to know what im going through!! More

Worked with both Steve Deason and Ayman Shinaishin....both were great to work with. Ayman took a lot of time with me, patiently answering questions and working through issues and car transfer for me. This is the second car purchase from this dealership and once again, it was a good experience. I've dealt with the service department for years now and that's been positive as well! More

No Pressure I had the idea that buying a car (for just the second time in my life) would be somewhat stressful and/or painful. But it was the total opposite.
