It was simply a matter of a button within the car being in the off position without my knowing. He quickly offered to wash and vacuum the car and send me on my way. No matter their age, I always take them to Circle Infiniti for routine maintenance service and all major repairs primarily because of their Service Consultant John DiLieto. John gives me the confidence that the problem is being addressed properly, accurately, and providing an honest assessment of the situation. He takes the time to explain the mechanics behind what needs repair and why. His technical knowledge, and the manner in which he explains it is reassuring. I also have confidence that the repairs were done correctly thru his thorough follow up. When I pick up my car, I always feel it was done right. During personal difficult financial periods when several repair issues arise, John guides me thru which ones are critical to fix today, and which ones can wait until my situation changes. This is a very refreshing posture compared to the typical up-sell practices of many auto service centers. For that, John has EARNED MY RESPECT, and I always return the vehicles to him when my situation improved for the repairs we delayed. He is the single reason why I always bring my cars to the dealership when repairs are required even for cars over 10 years old. This is also why when I call for service, I insist on talking to John. The confidence John gives me is worth every incremental penny of dealership service prices. I plan on owning many more Infinitis in the years to come.
