Excellent Customer Service I don't know where to start.. From Tom in sales to finance . They were all very professional & efficient. I was treated like I was family from the min I don't know where to start.. From Tom in sales to finance . They were all very professional & efficient. I was treated like I was family from the minute i walked through the door . When my boyfriend and I arrived at the dealership Tom greeted us, Immediately brought us outside to test drive the exact car that I was interested in leasing. When I changed my mind from the Qx50 To Qx60 we reached a deal almost immediately. Both Tom & finance were very accommodating. Tom told me he would call me in the morning when my car was ready. I told him I work late on Thursdays and go in early I have a very small window that I can pick up the car. Again, very accommodating car was ready as expected. Tom was waiting patiently for me with all documents ready to be signed. I am extremely Happy & beyond THANKFUL . Also, I told Tom it was my Birthday he surprised me with rubber mats that I wanted and a full tank of gas!!! Best Sales Man Ever!!!!! More

While I waited just a short time, the waiting room was fully stocked with refreshments and it was very comfortable. My car was not going to be ready so I was given a beautiful Qx50 as a loaner. John called me as promised when my car was ready. I was so impressed from the day I bought my car. It just keeps getting better. Customer for life😀 More

Tim Ens is a credit to the Infiniti brand Dropped in with my wife on Saturday to look at the QX60. Really didn’t intend on getting a vehicle that day as we looked at Mazda and Lexus, and had s Dropped in with my wife on Saturday to look at the QX60. Really didn’t intend on getting a vehicle that day as we looked at Mazda and Lexus, and had some time left on wife’s lease. Tim was a subject matter expert and not your stereotypical salesperson. Zero pressure and offered a test drive. He was informative without being overbearing and was a pleasure to have with us on the drive. Fast forward to Monday and completed the documents online. Tuesday he personally picked me up and took me to Circle. Paperwork was a breeze, explained how the car worked and the one month service. The dealership looks brand new, all other staff who helped were very professional and sociable. I am very happy with Circle and particularly Tim. Great job Tim Finally, the pricing was the best in NJ. More
