Before visiting CitySide Subaru, I have visited few Subaru dealerships in New England area as well as a couple of Toyota dealerships as Highlander was on my mind too. Long story short, while I was in CitySide Subaru show room, Crystal came across as an amazing “counselor” helped me with the purchase decision by explaining all important safety features of Ascent very tactfully, she very skillfully highlighted what stets Ascent apart from other cars in the same segment. While test-driving the car she very professionally pinpointed almost all of Ascent’s unique features. And then during the purchase process, she went above and beyond to make the deal happen.
