My second Outback with Flavio! I loved my 2013 Outback a lot but the newly redesigned 2020 Outback really attracted me that I decided to trade-in my old one to get the new one. I am so happy with the decision I made because the new Outback is so much fun to drive and packed with many advanced features! Because we had a great experience with Flavio last time so it's no brainer for us to go back to him this time! He is a very knowledgeable produce specialist with great kindness and patient. When I told him the specific model we wanted to test drive with, he then found it, introduced us the features of the car, let my wife and I got in the car, close the door for us and then just let me drive the car without him! He said just drive, enjoy the car and come back when you done! He is not pushy and won't give us any pressure to buy the car. We really enjoyed our "just-the-two-of-us" test drive because we felt we were free to drive around and openly talk about the pros and cons of the car. When we drove back to the dealer he politely greeted us and helped us and got us a good deal for the car. The overall experience was just great. Highly recommend Flavio to you! More
