He wasn't pushy and didn't try to hurry the process along; in fact, at a certain point I needed to press pause for a few days on the car buying due to some financial issues that had come up, and he was SO understanding. Everyone that works there seems approachable and friendly. I left with a brand new 2024 Crosstrek and I've been LOVING it! It also feels great to know that the team has my back on any car issues I may have for the next few years. Thanks Cityside! More
