Pre-paid service I bought my Subaru a year ago at CitySide (what a great experience! with Tom DAlessandro) and signed up for the pre-paid plan where all regular servic I bought my Subaru a year ago at CitySide (what a great experience! with Tom DAlessandro) and signed up for the pre-paid plan where all regular service for the first three year is pre-paid at a discounted rate. They send me a reminder email any time my car is up for maintenance, and in just a few clicks I can make an appointment on their website. This time around, it was a week until the next available appointment time (maybe January is a busy month?), but I remember previously I only had to wait a couple of days. They offer shuttle service, but I chose to wait there since I can work anywhere on my computer. They have a quiet working area with desks (in addition to a TV area), and the wifi is free and an okay speed. They have free keurig coffee or tea, but no donuts or ice cream :( That's probably better for my waistline anyways. Karen Vieira was extremely friendly and professional, highly recommend her. In fact, all the employees I've dealt with at CitySide have been great. More

The service center is like a auto concierge/consultancy department - handling every aspect of your auto needs from start to finish to keep your auto running as long as possible. I cannot say enough about the dealership in general, the service center in specific, and Subaru autos overall. Great car, Junior is the best. I can't believe that I am actually saying this but I actually like Junior. Can you say that about your car sales person? He is a nice guy. My lease ends in March and I wanted to see if I can do anything before the snow starts here in New England. He got me a new lease, the car payment I wanted, without those "let me go ask my manager" drama. I love that I can communicate with him via email. (My husband is still getting phone calls from the guy we bought the car from months ago. It's borderline harassment!) We got an Impreza and I LOVE IT. I always drove Toyota and Honda, but this car is so stable and I can see so well. We have two kids and it doesn't feel too small. Trunk space is actually better than CR-V. And those heated seats! I would like to add that everyone else at this dealership was super friendly and professional. The finance guy didn't add/sell any more fees to make monthly payment go up. The manager said he would email a form as PDF because they were closing and I got an email early next morning right when I woke up. These guys have better work ethic than I do. More
