Mr Fonseca was respectful of my time and questions. He facilitated the process, familiarized us with the selected car's features and allowed us time to test drive the vehicle we wanted. The service dept "fixed" my heat shield last year only to tell me whoever was last to touch my heat shield damaged it and it would cost 1700 to fix this year. I change the oil myself and no other shop has to tell me whoever was last to touch my heat shield damaged it and it would cost 1700 to fix this year.
