Overall, I was happy with my experience at Cityside Subaru. I was eventually sold a quality car at a decent price. I was definitely surprised though when they tried to add a $4k charge on top of the MS Subaru. I was eventually sold a quality car at a decent price. They tried to claim the price from 2 days prior was valid on that date, but today they needed to add $4k. This seems wrong based on other reports I've seen of them adding $2k charges from earlier in May. It would be nice if you could simply be upfront about these costs in the initial emails rather than being shady about it. You had the vehicle I wanted and I would have been willing to discuss it. I was absolutely not willing to pay an extra $4k for the vehicle over my quote though. This makes me question whether I'd recommend this dealership to others. More
