When purchasing a new Honda – the vehicle is the same regardless of wherever you get it. The entire difference is WHO you buy it from. Once I knew what I wanted I did my research and found 6 dealers regardless of wherever you get it. The entire difference is WHO you buy it from. Once I knew what I wanted I did my research and found 6 dealerships that had the vehicle is stock and another 6 who had the desired vehicle “in transit”, expecting it within 2 weeks. Some dealerships refused to provide any meaningful pricing info over the phone. I visited 3 dealerships last week and the sales person at every one of them started with an inflated number including a host of additional fees or unnecessary add-ons. Then they lowballed a trade in offer. It was a waste of time. None of them left me with a good feeling or a positive experience. Then over this weekend I submitted an on-line inquiry to Clinton Honda. I received an email response from JOE VIZZI the internet sales manager at Clinton Honda early this morning.... even before the dealership opened. When spoke on a little while later he gave me a very competitive no-nonsense quote over the phone. I drove over. He greeted me appropriately, respected my time, reiterated the detailed purchase price and made a reasonable offer for the trade. Joe seamlessly walked me through the entire process from the purchase until I drove out of the dealership with my new car the same day. After the purchase he sat in the car with me generously spending his time with me to explain how to operate the new features of this car and to be sure I was comfortable with them. Anyone who I encountered throughout the process at Clinton Honda today was polite, knowledgeable, personable and respectful. This dealership is undoubtedly a cut above the rest. I would rate my experience with Joe at Clinton Honda at A++++ and would unequivocally recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience. Howard G More

Pretty bad experience. Did not take home the car ordered, and wasted 3 hours. The main argument is the trade in value. When I got home, I immediately went through all emails exchanged, I found there is an agreement but the trade in value number was hidden behind the $1k deposit receipt. If there is an option to attach the image here I would. Not sure if this is an honest mistake or a tricky business practice. More
