Such a pleasure to do business with. Clinton Honda truly exceed all of my expectations. My husband and I went to Clinton Honda on a whim to look at a possible new vehicle. When we ar Clinton Honda truly exceed all of my expectations. My husband and I went to Clinton Honda on a whim to look at a possible new vehicle. When we arrived, we were met by sales associate, Bud Metz. He walked us through the different features of the models we were interested in and set up an appointment for us to come back for a test drive. He took the time to call me before my appointment to let me know which vehicles were available to test drive and what features they had, so I would be able to drive exactly what I was interested in. When I arrived at my appointment time, the vehicle was ready to go. I knew right away this CRV was the right fit, and after returning from test driving we started the purchase process. I am still surprised with the ease of purchase. Bud was so organized, took the time to explain all purchasing material. The price was fair. There was no haggling, and no games. During every interaction both Bud and his finance manager, Ajay, addressed me, not just my husband. This is very important to me and one of the reasons I have scored them so high. We were in and out with a new car in under 2 hours. All while being treated with professionalism and kindness. More
