When I have an issue with a vehicle they have always documented my concerns and followed up on my questions. I have had few issues over the last two decades, but one of the primary why this is my dealer is that they have addressed those issues promptly, throughly and have followed up to make sure they have been resolved. Kaitlyn Sackett did a good job of following up on one of my concerns on my last visit and took the time to sit with me with the information she had gathered. Kudos to her. And even though I was not working directly with her on this last visit, Debb Skelton took the time to greet me and ask about my family. Good people. More
