My only gripe is that Jessica acted as if I didn't have an appointment, which caused me concern during the check in process. I had received text confirmations, and had no doubt that I had an appointment. So I would suggest that the service staff "fake it" if they don't immediately see the appointment in their system. Customers expect that appointments are in the system. More
