Excellent Dealership! From Sales to Finance. I was well taken care of. My Saleman Felik, was wonderful, he helped me from the ordering of my 2023 Accord all the way until From Sales to Finance. He gave me very detailed instructions on how to operate and use all the features in my car. The finance manager (I apologize I forgot his name) was very attentive to my needs and explained all the packages, and extended warranty’s for my car, no funny busy. He gave me a number for my car and it never changed, I really appreciate that! Clinton Honda is great!!! I wish I hand more hands, I would give them 4 Thumbs up!!! I’m recommending them to all my friends and family. More
I don't know where my last review went, but I've been going to them for service since 2020, when I purchased my Pilot there in April. Original sales experience was great (Steve O.), and honestly the ser going to them for service since 2020, when I purchased my Pilot there in April. Original sales experience was great (Steve O.), and honestly the services have been great in the past......until i got outside the 3 year warranty window and the extended "platinum warranty" i bought from them kicked in. Here's the issue: 1) It's not a Honda warranty (they lead you to believe it is at time of sale). They can't stand far enough away from it - using words like "they won't pay for that" even though it's not excluded in the agreement. 2) Fuel purge valve went. Told me "they" won't pay for labor. To their credit, they did do it but it was a comedy of errors. (First said "will do so now", then said "can't do it today, but will give me loaner, then said "can't do it, no loaner, and all mechanics have gone home". As I am ringing out, my service guy takes a call from a mechanic still there and tells him "no send the mechanic home, it's not fair he stays for this, he'll come back". I live 60 miles away and only when I objected did they stay and do the very short repair.) 3) My visor won't fold up - person next to me has same issue - I'm told by service adviser it's common but "they" won't pay for it. I showed him in contract that visor frame is explicitly called out as covered and he just stared and didn't do anything. 4) I took their request to call them instead of bombing them on the Honda survey I haven't answered yet - and he says he'll call me back about the visor. Two weeks later - no call back. I'm honestly not sure if I'll go back again - I really want to keep my records all in one place. They're far for me - I pass Freehold, Old Bridge, Bridgewater, etc. all because I in the past enjoyed them. If this is what they become after the Honda warranty is done and the infamous garbage third party platinum warranty kicks in, I'll get a print of all my service records and take my chances with someone closer to home. Joe Vizzi was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He made what normally is a tedious process, buying a new car easy. He also was able to help with securing auto insurance as well. Of the different Honda dealerships in NJ these guys came through with the trim level I wanted at a pricing that I was happy with and there were no surprises. Wyatt and Chris were up front and personable wit through with the trim level I wanted at a pricing that I was happy with and there were no surprises. Wyatt and Chris were up front and personable with me and were easy to relate to. Being of the older generation I appreciate a transaction without needless pretension. The whole process was fairly quick and simple with no pressure. If you're shopping for a vehicle I would recommend checking in with this dealership first. More
