EV9’s ICCU module was DOA so the vehicle could not be charged. Replacement module would’ve been back ordered putting the brand new EV9 out of service several weeks awaiting arrival of the replacement mod charged. Coastal swapped out the module with the one in the only other EV9 they had in the lot so we were only without the car for a day and a half—loaner provided. More
