I loved the KIA app connectivity feature to schedule the appointment. It was great and easy to use. Also I could get an appointment the next day which was great. I was promised an hour and 15 minute complet appointment. It was great and easy to use. Also I could get an appointment the next day which was great. I was promised an hour and 15 minute completion and it was quite a bit longer. Oil change and tire rotation was over two hours. Hopefully this is not the norm. More
