Great job Coastal Kia, from the purchase of the pre owned vehicle and the outstanding service provided for the vehicle even though it is not a Kia. I was greeted by John Wigger, Service Manager at Kia on Market Street in Wilmington. Drove up to the front Service Center entrance, he comes with clip board ready to log me in on arrival. Feels like coming to a hotel and getting valet driving service at the door. Someone else comes to take my car into the shop while Mr. Wigger escorts me the front desk and begins to listen to all my expectations for service today. He also makes some suggestions based on the number of miles on my car and time from my last visit. We agree on what items will be worked on today and an estimate of time/cost. Mr. Wigger then shows me the waiting area, Wii Fi service, restrooms, snack area and says he'll be back to give me an update. I get some news on the progress being made, finding out I had a nail in one of my tires and some other fixes to which I agreed. I really was happy to know they were doing a thorough job, including my annual inspection for tag renewal. Overall, the final outcome of my visit left me feeling like my car had been renewed, safer, and cleaner (got free wash). I drove away highly satisfied. I also receive updates on my Kia Carfax which tracks my maintenance and current resale value should I decide to sell and get a new vehicle. Of course, they do such a good job, I just decided keep my current Kia just a while longer. More

Peggy went out of her way to do everything she could to get me into a new car that I did not think was possible but she made it happen. After I left with my new car they constantly reached out to me to ask me if I had any questions or I needed anything they made me feel that they truly cared and that they weren't out to to make money. They have definitely gotten a customer for life as I will never buy from another dealership after my experience and the gratitude that they showed me!!!
