This was our first time bringing in our Kia Soul for service at Coastal Kia. The car has been super reliable and only needed minor maintenance up until now. Our usual shop couldn't diagnose the issue we service at Coastal Kia. The car has been super reliable and only needed minor maintenance up until now. Our usual shop couldn't diagnose the issue we were having this time, so we brought it in to Coastal Kia and they took really good care of us. Super friendly and professional, fixed the issue, and now it's running great. They even offered to drop us off and pick us up. Service at a dealership is always a little pricier but you get what you pay for here. Top notch crew! Will definitely be back if anything else goes wrong on this car. More
