Everyone was very professional and friendly. My problem was resolved in a timely manner. I had to have headlamps replaced and suggestions were made for other issues before they presented a problem. Excellent customer service by the Finance Manager I originally want to Coastal Kia because I could not get a limited power of attorney to transfer my leased vehicle tags from NC to TN but the Finance I originally want to Coastal Kia because I could not get a limited power of attorney to transfer my leased vehicle tags from NC to TN but the Finance Manager was able to assist me in purchasing a new Kia Sorento vehicle in the color I wanted and the AWD model I wanted.and had it delivered to me in TN.
