Fantastic experience. Blows all other dealers I have experienced out of the water. I have had unresolved issues with my Kia since I purchased it. Then I went to coastal Kia and they resolved the iss experienced out of the water. I have had unresolved issues with my Kia since I purchased it. Great experience but The only complaint we have is how many times yall hit our credit report. I walked in with a prequalified letter from Capital One and I handed it to o The only complaint we have is how many times yall hit our credit report. I walked in with a prequalified letter from Capital One and I handed it to our sales person. He was great but when we gave him our information to "enter it in to your system" it immediately hit our credit report and I believe you hit my husbands report 7 times and mine 3. We were told by Capital One to hand you the letter we had with the pre-approval number on it and that is all we needed. Being very conscious of our report since we just purchased a house your practice destroyed our credit for up to 2 years by doing that many hard pulls. If we didn't love the truck we would have walked away. The sales guy said they wouldn't pull the credit but only from Capital One but that was incorrect. Going forward we will secure our financing before coming to your dealership if we purchase again and come in with a check. More

Even during the current COVID19 situation, I was treated professionally and safely. Never any undue pressure to purchase. Jason Stone whom I dealt with for my transaction was straight forward with financial options on both my trade and new purchase. Didn't have to spend hours in negotiations. Final paper work with the finance manager was also professional and easy. Kia, presently has good purchasing options. Regardless if you purchase or not, you will be respected and treated fairly. More
