I have been waiting two months for a repair on my car that I purchased in July. They keep telling me that they’ve ordered the parts but the wrong parts keep coming in so they keep ordering more parts. If that I purchased in July. If the numbers are correct in what they’ve told me, they have now ordered five times! How patient is a customer expected to be? I’m tired of hearing they’ve ordered parts. I want my car fixed, as promised. At this point, I just feel like they never really intended to fix it, they just wanted me to think they were going to. I’m really starting to get upset. As far as the salesman and the actual sale of the car, that went great. Steve was very professional and very polite. However, I did not like the guy that did the paperwork.(The guy that does the loan work) He was very short in speaking with us and acted very annoyed that he was having to stay past 6 o’clock to finish signing papers. It’s a good thing that he was not my salesman because I would have left and never bought the car. More

I went in still under warranty and paid $179. 00 for them to tell me I needed a new battery. I was quoted $100.00 for the diagnostic fee. So I was charged more than quoted. Gary in the service department did a great job going to bat for me when I was unhappy with the response I was getting from the management team.
