My experience has been getting progressively worse my last two visits were horrible… my previous visit was rushed and vehicle wasn’t even serviced. When I drop my car off at "Toyota" I expect the inner workings of the building to be mostly invisible to me. The fact that collision center and service center are separate and then y'all implied that I d workings of the building to be mostly invisible to me. How can I get charged $100 for a diagnostic at toyota that somehow doesn't transfer to a different place at Toyota? Communication also fell apart on this one as my car was sitting in a lot with no hands on it for like 10 days. More

When we brought our 2015 Tundra in to have the brakes checked we expected a huge bill for probably warped rotors.
