Took the car in for an oil change on Sat. Yesterday we noticed oil leaking in our garage. More than likely this is due to the plug not being tightened enough. Had I not noticed this we could Yesterday we noticed oil leaking in our garage. More than likely this is due to the plug not being tightened enough. Had I not noticed this we could have ended up with a seized engine. This also caused a major inconvenience since we car pool with this car and we had to make other arrangements causing me to be late to work so we could find another means of transportation. Now we have to go pay to put more oil in the car in order to take it back to the shop and have this fixed. All of this could have been avoided had the shop done a post work inspection to ensure everything was done correctly the first time. More

My experience with Dylan Kalafut was excellent. Dylan is very knowledgeable about the car inventory and very helpful answering all the questions I had.
