We dropped our Highlander off at Cobb County Toyota on a Sunday evening after experiencing a dead battery, and by 10am the next morning battery was replaced and we were driving home. I asked for Tire Rotation and to check all my tire pressures as each tire was showing 30-31 psi on the dashboard gauge vs the recommended 36 lbs. When I left the dealership only the tires on the pas pressures as each tire was showing 30-31 psi on the dashboard gauge vs the recommended 36 lbs. When I left the dealership only the tires on the passenger side were inflated to 36 lbs. The other two tires were still 31 lbs. I had to stop elsewhere to get the tires inflated. Very disappointed. Austin was great on the phone and when I came in. He gave me info on the phone to help me get my car started and was great when I arrived. Not only did I need a a new battery, but also back brakes (which had made a strange as I was backing up). He called a mechanic from the work area and had him check my brakes which made me feel like it truly was a problem that needed fixing. He also got me out of there as quickly as possible. Great service! I've been taking my cars there for almost 30 years! More
I was disappointed that I never received a call from the service department, after dropping off my car the night before. I finally called around 3:30pm to check. I was told the service was completed. When I picked up my car after 5pm, I was disappointed to discover that no emissions test had been done, even though I requested it and the service advisor checking me out agreed that I had checked the emissions box. It gives the impression that not every customer is treated with the same level of effort. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my emissions done. More
