I told salesman what I wanted in a new car Lon Sunday and I purchased the car. Yesterday I go back for him to help set things up on the car and he said oh this car doesn’t have those features. He didn’t list I purchased the car. Yesterday I go back for him to help set things up on the car and he said oh this car doesn’t have those features. He didn’t listen and sold me a car that I didn’t want. He told me to come back with any questions and he would help set it up for me. When I go back to the dealer for him to show me and answer questions he said “oh my bad” you have to buy more expensive model for those features. So. Bottom line I had car for 3 days as I couldn’t get back til Wednesday and it had 99 miles on it so they took it back BUT: it was then a used car!!!! I got screwed. I now have a car with the features I wanted to begin with but it cost me a lot of extra money and time and upset. The manager trying to tell me he wasn’t making any money on the deal. ( sure I bet! This is my now 4th Toyota and I fee they could have done more. More

The only reason I gave it a 3-star review was nobody acknowledged me when I pulled in for service, everyone was looking on their computers. Finally a nice lady came and helped me, I had just finished my acknowledged me when I pulled in for service, everyone was looking on their computers. Also I had a nail in one tire that was not even found by the service technician, apparently it has been in there for some time. To top it off, my vehicle was given to another elderly couple when it was finished with its service, the elderly couple realized it wasn’t their vehicle and brought the keys back to the service checkout desk. Brought my car back for the second time (first time water pump was changed) because the car temperature kept spiking and dropping. Bringing it back yet again tomorrow but unfortunately have to leave town for the weekend so I’ll have to spend even more money to rent ANOTHER car. Pretty aggravating and really unhappy. More

We were told it could be an hour. We were shocked because we had had a Ford before and it would take at least 3 hours every time for an oil change. The repair to our car was eventually covered by insurance but the process took some time between Cobb County Toyota and State Farm, so our car was in the shop from May 25 to June 15. Getting updates were hard and estimated time to repair was hard also. When we did pick up the vehicle, the repair had been done very well and we have had no trouble with the function of the car. More
