A storm blew in as I was checking out with winds, thunder and lightning and torrential rain. One of the technicians went out in that and brought my car into the covered area so I didn’t get wet. Previously my service took between 30 -45 mins as 8 had booked in advance. Yesterday I waited 2 hours with no feedback from the agent to update us on how long it would be. After 2 hours I walked outside and saw my car was complete and parked in the pick up bat, but no one has informed us it was ready.
