I brought my car in for just two recalls, well when I brought my car home it was knocking so something happened while it was at the dealership for a month. When we told them that it wasn’t knocking befo brought my car home it was knocking so something happened while it was at the dealership for a month. When we told them that it wasn’t knocking before hand they said that there was nothing they could do about the issue because they do not have proof it wasn’t knocking before. Now I will have to get a whole new motor because of there neglect on my car. They were disrespectful and rude. I definitely won’t be bringing my service back. More

I went in for my first time in many years to have my Camry's oil changed. At first it was good. I paid, went to my car to leave and the driver's door had grease all on it, my glove box was laid out in m Camry's oil changed. At first it was good. I paid, went to my car to leave and the driver's door had grease all on it, my glove box was laid out in my passenger seat, boot prints on the floor and driver side lower rocker panel cover, and the passenger seat was laid back. I would expect a reputable shop to return my car from a simple oil change exactly how I brought it in. The service guy, Brenton, came out to clean it, but made excuses the entire time for the tech not cleaning up and not owning the issue on behalf of Cobb County Toyota. He then made a "fake" phone call to a "service manager" to request him to come look at it (on his own accord not at my request). When he finished cleaning it up, he walked off saying your all good now, bye. No service manager came out at all. I felt extremely brushed off by them. I should not be surprised by this as they are not BBB accredited; they have a D- rating. In the past, they had told me a previous Camry I had, had an oil leak. Had a second opinion done, no oil leak. They have some really shady business practices going and I will not return. I advise no one to trust anything they say, let alone any service advisor, (especially Brenton). Very disappointed they have the Toyota name of quality and service tied to them. More

I am extremely disappointed with this location especially with the service manager Zach. I have brought in my vehicle many times about the same issue. At least 2 of those time, they told me they could not fi with the service manager Zach. I have brought in my vehicle many times about the same issue. At least 2 of those time, they told me they could not find the issue and nothing was wrong with my vehicle. Took it back another time and a service consultant insisted I get a wheel alignment to solve the issue. That didn’t sound right since the problem was coming from under the hood. Brought it back again for the same issue again but this time I was told it was my rotors and battery needed to be replaced. Hoping that was the issue because obviously these are “licensed mechanics” who are “trained and certified” to identify a problem, or so you would hope. That DID NOT correct the problem and by this time I have spent hundreds of dollars trusting what these people are telling is true. It actually caused more issues on my car. After getting my battery replaced, I drove back into their service station and told them the issue is still present. He called out his mechanic and he already had an attitude and was not trying to help. I told the manager I have to bring my vehicle back again because the issue isn’t resolved. He said because I have been there so much about the same thing, he would make sure the concern was addressed at no charge. Welp, I brought the vehicle back in. Apparently the issue with my Corolla is a KNOWN issue that these people should have known about. Why did it take 5 times and 5 different mechanics to really explain to me what was wrong? I was also told that the person who changed my battery should have caught it. The service manager gave me a hard time and said that I requested for all of those service to take place on my vehicle and he can prove it. Unless, it is my normal maintenance, I DO NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT CARS TO REQUEST SPECIFIC SERVICES!!! It’s ridiculous. He did not take accountability for his mechanics and multiple times I had to come in there for 1 issue and told many different things or none at all. Lastly, I was told I now have to come out of pocket AGAIN for another part that they THINK is the issue. Worst service I have ever received here. More
