Service experience was fine until the phone call received on my way home from Carlos telling me that they forgot to put the radiator cap back on. I've taken my 4RUNNER here for all oil changes at every 5k miles with no issues. This last time was BAD. They forgot to put oil in the engine, drove it around the building and no telling how much/what dama 5k miles with no issues. This last time was BAD. They forgot to put oil in the engine, drove it around the building and no telling how much/what damage was done. The initial service tech and manager was super nice and concerned (the guy I called on Tuesday the 24th couldn't have cared less and wanted me off the phone. And I was overly sugar sweet nice just asking about my car's long term health and viability). After thinking about it, they didn't offer to comp. the service, didn't offer to provide some sort of warranty for their total F-UP, they just filled it with oil (after who knows what damage was done) and said sorry. After the holidays I will address this further with them and I am getting my lawyer involved as well as the BBB. I like this dealer, heck I worked here when I was in college back in 1996. They need to make this right or it's going to get really ugly, really fast. More
