Usually good service, but the last two appts took too long and the leaking coolant problem was not resolved the 1st appt. as my driveway was puddled with coolant when I took my F150 home after it was sup long and the leaking coolant problem was not resolved the 1st appt. as my driveway was puddled with coolant when I took my F150 home after it was supposedly fixed. (They replaced a coolant reservoir that wasn't leaking) and charged almost $700 for the change. I brought the F150 back and they changed a small hose, 2 hrs and 45 minutes later when it was done I voiced my displeasure about the unnecessary charge for the reservoir and the sales manager said they would issue a refund check for $345. I have not received it yet, still waiting. Not rating anybody til I see what happens. More
