Charged for work that would have been under warranty, failed to do tire rotation that I paid for, failed to apply coupon, had to ask for coupon application a 2nd time, and had to return for tire rotation failed to do tire rotation that I paid for, failed to apply coupon, had to ask for coupon application a 2nd time, and had to return for tire rotation. Was told by GM they would address and “make things right”. I have not heard back from the service manager yet to “make this right”. Next call is to Ford corporate. More
