It took 18 months to have the keyless entry code issue resolved on one vehicle and the other vehicle's keyless entry is still unresolved. The lack of communication has been unfathomable. No one called to let us know the repair was not completed on Monday. I called and left a voicemail. It's Thursday and still nothing. More

I had an excellent service experience at my last visit at Ford Plymouth. I had an oil change and my tires rotated. I also had a new key made.
