From the moment I bought the car Nemesio has been fantastic. He checked in once I bought the car. We loved the CRV but wanted the EXL, we didn’t care for the colors available on the lot so we found the one we wanted coming in soon. After several back and forth negotiating a price we all agreed and out came the credit card, done deal. Alex was polite, friendly, professional with no silliness, no pressure and most importantly no old school salesman xx. He really made us feel welcome and never gave me a reason to think he was dishonest, disrespectful or unreasonable. It was actually the best experience I have ever had purchasing and new vehicle.
