Bought a Tiguan from Steve. He made the process stress free and easy. Spoke with him on the phone, I was interested in a specific trim package. The car was out front ready for me to test drive/look at it. Paperwork was signed. Steve even came in on his day off so I could take delivery of the car the next day! Terrific experience. This dealership was more expensive than others I checked into. The staff was pleasant and helpful but difficult to reach at times. I was very fortunate to have an extended warranty which other dealers had into. The staff was pleasant and helpful but difficult to reach at times.
