I booked service via the myVW app which lists the price of services. I was incredibly disappointed when I arrived for my appointment to find out that "the price listed in the app is wrong" and the price of of services. Very unimpressed with my service experiences recently. My new lease began in July 2025, and since then, I've had to bring my car in several times for standard maintenance and repairs (10k service, flat ti My new lease began in July 2025, and since then, I've had to bring my car in several times for standard maintenance and repairs (10k service, flat tire patch, fuel pressure sensor replacement, etc.). TWICE in a single year, my car was left sitting untouched in the lot all day and never taken in to be worked on. I had to completely rearrange my schedule around drop-off and pick-up, only to learn nothing was done and I had to reschedule the service all over again. I would gladly give the benefit of the doubt if this happened once, but twice in one year points to a major operational problem that needs to be addressed. To top it off, communication is virtually non-existent. Instead of reaching out promptly with updates or answering my texts, I consistently have to be the one to call them as the final pick-up deadline approaches just to figure out what is going on with my vehicle. While the staff at the service desk have always been very friendly, the overall experience is incredibly inconvenient and disrespectful of customers' time. More
