When I arrived, Frank took care of me and made sure I would get my vehicle back before I needed it— during the conversation, I learned that the appointment I made hadn’t been saved correctly. Frank didn’t hesitate to make sure I was taken care of and didn’t make me feel like I had done something wrong. He was very professional and kind, he reassured me that I’d be taken care of that day.
