As a first time car buyer, I was excited for my car but very displeased with the communication by the dealership when it came time for pick up. Both of these are things that could and should have been communicated ahead of pick up. They made sure to highlight that they were “gassing up” the car for me - it was only 3/4 full. And the complimentary SiriusXM satellite radio did not exist. Overall, they made their sale and were very pleasant, but it feels like they did not put in a great effort after the sale was made. More

Setting up an appointment was easy and I got the right amount of appointment reminders. When I arrived, they took my car promptly and it was clear what service was being done.
