I first spoke with John Lane over the phone while driving in to see if I could look at a vehicle. He was more than happy to help and even started running numbers for me right away. Once I arrived, Rob Dodd t in to see if I could look at a vehicle. He was more than happy to help and even started running numbers for me right away. I want to thank the whole team at Colonial West in Fitchburg Ma. I have never experience the service that I received. I went in there and I had a price range and a monthly payment plan and they met my Fitchburg Ma. I have never experience the service that I received. I went in there and I had a price range and a monthly payment plan and they met my needs. They went over and beyond to get me a great vehicle that I could afford. I want to give a shout out to Shelby. She has great customer service and made me feel right at home.
