Just before Thanksgiving I purchased a used 2016 Silverado 2500 HD from Colonial West. I called ahead to set up a time to view the vehicle. The price negotiation was quick and painless. Bill, the salesman, made life easy providing different options for payment and a history on the vehicle. On the day of purchase, the truck had a full tank of fuel and the paperwork was ready to be signed. I was out the door in a half hour with keys in hand.
