I stopped in was looking for a different salesman but ended up meeting Bill. We hit it off and I explained my situation to him and what wanted my payments to be at. I have to say Bill was absolutely the best salesman I every had dealt with.He took the time to figure out my best options to go new or used,lease or buy.He did not pressure me in any way and we closed th every had dealt with.He took the time to figure out my best options to go new or used,lease or buy.He did not pressure me in any way and we closed the deal.At the time of delivery the he went over the vehicle and explained all my options.The one thing that amazed me was the payments were what we agreed on. Great service Met Terry as I walked into the dealership. He immediately offered me a cup of coffee and asked how he could help me. We discussed what I was lookin Met Terry as I walked into the dealership. He immediately offered me a cup of coffee and asked how he could help me. We discussed what I was looking for, we test drove a Silverado of the size I was looking for. Told Terry I wanted to test drive other brands and he understood why and encouraged me to return as soon as I did the test drives. Called me a couple of times to follow up on how things were going. When I was ready with me decision, he followed up and said he had an additional vehicle he would like me to drive. We went out completed the test and I said I would prefer the 1st vehicle we had drove. Terry walked me through the entire purchase process and delivered the vehicle on time and it was spotless. Helped with the OnStar setup and answered all me questions be for I took delivery. Great service! More
