Had you preformed the proper service on the used 2015 CR-V... I wouldn't have needed to return 6 days after purchase to get a new battery installed. I was not happy when the car never started after drivi CR-V... I wouldn't have needed to return 6 days after purchase to get a new battery installed. I was not happy when the car never started after driving it home on Feb 22. However your service department quickly installed a new battery on Feb 27 at no charge. Just seems like a complete servicing of a used car would catch that a car with 79K miles still had it's original battery and it would automatically be replaced before offering for sale. More
