Vacation plans changed While on vacation, warning lights appeared on our dashboard. We located the Columbia Honda dealership and we were welcomed by T. J. Mitchell. He said they would diagnosis the problem and we were walked to a wonderful waiting area complete with complimentary beverages and snacks, TV, magazines and comfy chairs. About a half an hour later T.J. informed us that we had a significant engine problem but the good news was, it would be covered under a recall by Honda. We were given a time line of when our car would be ready, offered a complimentary car and given suggestions of what we could see and do in the area. T.J. was amazing throughout the entire time and we were impressed with the friendliness and welcoming atmosphere of the dealership. A change in our vacation plans was unexpected but T.J. and the people at the Columbia, MO dealership made our two days in Columbia a very positive experience!! Thank you!!!! More

Excellent! I brought my Odyssey in for a check up before a long trip. Several maintenance problems were detected, we were not surprised as there were a few glitches going on. TJ worked to find solutions within our budget. He also went above and beyond working within an inherited problem lasting from the dealership I purchased it from (the purchased warranty never got attached to my car) to help me figure out and solve my problem. I made on the scale of a dozen phone calls to different places and he Honda dealership was the only one who didn't keep me waiting on hold and was patient and kind! To top it off, the car is riding like new! Way to go TJ and Honda More

TJ is awesome!! I give 5 stars for TJ in the service department. Not only is he knowledgable and trustworthy, but he goes the extra mile all the time when issues pop I give 5 stars for TJ in the service department. We ended up having car issues along the way. Everytime he helped us over the phone and reassured us when we needed it most. Because of his help and knowledge, we were able to have the car fixed and had the peace of mind to keep going knowing he had our back if needed again. More

Exceeded all expectations I'm a worry wart about things I can't control. After research you can't control much of the car buying process. Trent made the process so easy and I never felt like I didn't understand anything that was happening. I have a dealership in my hometown but bought my Honda from Trent simply because he was so easy to work with. He was the prefect combination of personable and professional. Re-reading these positive reviews I can only say that they are accurate and I agree. We did all this in less time that it took to upgrade our phones. I have no reservations recommending Trent and Columbia Honda to friends and family. Even if there is a closer dealership I recommended checking with Trent first. Thanks Trent!
