I was recently notified of a recall on my vehicle. The notice said to contact the dealer where the vehicle was purchased. First, the representative I talked to was very nice and was willing to schedule and appointment. Unfortunately, I did not have all the information that was needed, and I told her I would schedule online. Online scheduling was very easy and I was able to schedule a drop off at a time that was convenient for me. I received an email with the details of my appointment timely. I dropped the car off out of the business hours without a problem. The maintenance was completed timely, I was notified once the job was finished by both an email and a call. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Society says customer service is dead, it's alive and well at Copeland. Very happy with the service I received at Copleland. More
