Impressed that only necessary service activities were performed even if an activity was on the normal maintenance program. Mike Waklet, my service coordinator, is fantastic. Last week. I noticed a noise which seemed to be eminating from the area of the glove box. If you get this service advisor, ask for someone else. I'm just not sure you will have a better result from any of the others. Kenny checked in my car as someone else's and then recommended work to be done that not only didn't need to be done, he did other things I told him not to touch twice. Kenny doesn't listen or have a clue of what he's doing and the management even stated they have had other issues arise with him. Quite frankly, if he's still working at this dealership after my horrible experience, I would be shocked. I've never had a more screwed up experience ever at any other dealership in my entire life. This ruined two Saturdays in a row and took me getting the General Manager, Brock Elison and the Service Manager, Connor Thomas involved to fix everything but that even took two days. Incompetence at every level including the technician who didn't even check the VIN number to realize he was working on the wrong vehicle! More
