It was excellent. The replacement vehicle was at my house on time and the loaner was clean. Malachi was kind and persistent. I had phone issues with him connecting (my spam blocker kept declining him house on time and the loaner was clean. Malachi was kind and persistent. I scheduled an A1 service appointment a few days prior. Easy to schedule online. We have had an issue with our window squeaking ever since we purchased the vehicle.
