UsedCar Purchase I had a great experience with the purchase of my car. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and accomodating. Rick was great and brought my car to me after all I went through. Cole was helpful in getting things completed. I hate to have to report this but maybe this will help future inspections. The only issue I had was the "180 point inspection" . There were many aspects that weren't completed but were marked off as "done" It was disheartening to learn that after I drove off of the lot. Having to come back, next week will be twice, is bothersome. All was corrected and will be corrected but that shouldn't happen. The fact I have to bring up the issue and then sound like a nag about the issues I found isn't something I liked doing. The money I spent on the car and the fact that these things were overlooked isn't something Courtesy Acura is known for. When you buy a certified car it should be "like new" not bring it back and lets look at it. More
