But, after talking to Dennis about the price range, 0-60 range, and "cool factor" range, Dennis showed me some awesome vehicles. We test drove them. We talked about them. We kicked the tires. Then, we talked financials. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was being sold a bill of goods that came out stale. Dennis is the real deal, and Courtesy Acura has what you need. Surprised I did not leave upset!! I hate buying new cars. The whole purchase process is usually stressful. This time the experience was different at Courtesy Acura. This time I DID I hate buying new cars. The whole purchase process is usually stressful. This time the experience was different at Courtesy Acura. This time I DID NOT leave the new car buying experience upset! Last Saturday my wife and I went in to only look at a new MDX. We had NO intent on purchasing a new car. We were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Dennis Craig. Dennis was easy to get along with from the start. He never made us feel pressured to make a decision or tried to upsell us into anything. After driving the car and looking at the potential options at hand, we asked Dennis to see some numbers. We had done a lot of research in the months prior on prices. When Dennis showed us the numbers we were very satisfied with both the purchase price and the trade-in value on our old car. We felt that he put his best offer forward from the beginning. No nonsense, no further searching needed - deal done! Because of this initial offer is why we walked out of there that day with a car. Had we been jacked around with higher price in order to negotiate back, we would have walked out and kept our search going. I also appreciated the fact I was dealing with a person that had the authority to close a deal. Dennis did not need to run around to a thousand different "Managers" for approvals. Dennis is a real asset for this dealership. We look forward to purchasing our next car, maybe that pretty red NSX in the show room, with Dennis! More

Great Experience! Acura Littleton was amazing. Called, knew what I wanted, had gone through multiple other dealers prior who didn't have it in stock. They had what I Acura Littleton was amazing. They had what I wanted, facilitated the purchase in less than a day, got me in and out of there quick even though they had to stay open late while my kid ran around the place like a maniac. Friendly, professional and accommodating. Love my RDX. Love the A-Spec Package. Look at the specs compared to the Lexus and don't be dumb. Will absolutely buy another and from this dealership even though I'm 2 hours away. They were willing to go get my last minute request from New Mexico but I decided against it.
