Debacle is an understatement. So I gave Courtesy a shot and wasn't disappointed. Matt was highly communicative and took care of our needs. Vanessa greeted us when we were picking up since Matt had a customer. She took care of the paperwork and quickly had us on our way. More

Beyond my expectations! Normally I am super defensive while car shopping, however when I stepped into Courtesy Acura that was not the case. She was very helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to the different packages on the new RDX. After the test drive I knew the car was for me. When it came to the buying process it was all so seamless, and easy. After today it will be hard to find another dealer that can compete with their customer service.
