I have no idea who Caleb Broison is, BUT, Schuyler Crouch was our financial guy and he was terrible! Said he was busy and presented himself as if not having enough time to help us, a customer who was actuall was our financial guy and he was terrible! Said he was busy and presented himself as if not having enough time to help us, a customer who was actually purchasing a vehicle! Did not explain any of the paperwork just put in front of me and told me to sign. I did ask a few questions which he seemed like he did not have enough time to explain what I was signing and was irritated that I asked. And I do believe that he also played around with numbers to not only eat up our down payment, but to charge us for the Zak service which they claimed was free, but clearly in my paperwork I paid for it. after signing all paperwork, he told us to go wait for Victor, with no direction on where to wait or where we were supposed to go. When we asked where are we to wait for Victor he said over there by the chairs, and pointed around his office at which we only saw cars in the showroom. being the first time at the dealership, we were not sure where to go. I asked him kindly to show us. He came out of his office, appearing extremely irritated that he had to take us to where he wanted us to wait, which he still said there, pointing at cars, and took 3 steps out of good office. Terrible service from him!!!! I had better service when I bought my Ford 10 years ago. More
