We bought an 2023 XT5 from Crest. Our appointment time was 2:30 on a Saturday (end of month). We live in Owasso, OK. Our intent was to close on the car and be back by night. Our appointment time was 2:30 on a Saturday (end of month). We live in Owasso, OK. Our intent was to close on the car and be back by night. My wife cannot drive in the dark. Our closing got delayed until 5-5:30. No way, were we were going to make it back before nightfall. Crest stepped up to the plate and is delivering our vehicle since we could not get back in time. I commend Crest and Juda Shamay for that! That is what customer service is supposed to be about. I am in sales myself. It is how you respond when a mistake happens.
