Second Forrester and 3rd Subaru. We are long time Subaru owners- just purchased #6 ! !!!!! He was very knowledgeable about upcoming inventory so we knew exactly when to expect our Outback to come in. Everyone involved in the sale (trade in estimator, finance paperwork, etc) were first rate! I would feel very comfortable calling any of them with my questions. We have been dealing with the Service Dept at Crews since they opened and have always had a good experience. Jason Parish and the entire crew are courteous and knowledgeable and timely. I look forward to continuing our relationship with my new Outback. More
Staff courteous and helpful - people at desk are quite knowledgable about service and repairs; however, after 2 visits my car is still missing or skipping. Dan was a wonderful salesman. He was not pushy and he knew the product inside and out. He never rushed us and spent a lot of time explaining everything to us. They made a phone call and referred us to a business across the street. They gave us the form for Subaru reimbursement program. Everything went so smooth and everyone worked above and beyond for us including the finance manager. Our experience with Crews Subaru was 5 star customer service. More
