Beware of hidden issues on used vehicles Bought as close to new as possible off used lot with 4,700 miles and questioned musty odor coming from AC on test drive - salesman ignored my comments Bought as close to new as possible off used lot with 4,700 miles and questioned musty odor coming from AC on test drive - salesman ignored my comments - we bought car anyway and hoping it would resolve and only due to sitting on lot for 1 month only to discover the musty odor will not go away when AC is on.. Salesman suggested inserting a dryer sheet into cabin filter area to resolve ( cover up) smell. Several calls to several dealerships to diagnose issue - AC refresh required $150 service. Called dealership asking for $$ to remedy and they said NO. Told me what a great deal I received and questioned why I bought if I felt there was an issue. Would not recommend this dealership due to lack of service after the sale. Dealer did absolutely no service to this vehicle before it went on used lot. More

We worked with Jeremy while looking at other models; Kia, Volvo, Ford, Nissan, and others. Jeremy was very patient over several visits to the dealership, and we felt no pressure to be pushed into a decision. We wanted a car for road trips and camping, and in my opinion nothing compares to the quality or value of the Outback. I highly recommend Crews Subaru and Jeremy. More
