I just want to clarify that the vehicle was scheduled to be serviced on 05/30/18 at 8am. Vehicle was dropped off the evening of 5/29/18 so there wouldn’t be any delays. Since the vehicle has been dropped off, My husband has had to call multiple times to get updates and would be told different stories regarding the vehicles status; including that the tech has left home being the last communication by the staff at the servicing dept today. After speaking to you regarding this matter and expressing my concern for the lack of communication of the department to the customer (myself) you clearly said to me “feel welcome to pick up the vehicle”. I, honestly feel very disappointed in the way we have been treated as customers and consumers of Criswell. This has been by far the worst experience and to make matters worst, coming from a manager the worst way to handle a customer. I cannot express enough that a lot of people in Crisswell depend on customers to pay bills and should be treated a lot better. We are paying for a service and not getting service for free, not sure what the problem seem to be. Thank you for your major attention to this matter. Ps: To the managers added to this email please reconstruct training for your supervisors/managers/ employees to handle customers in a constructive and effective way to maintain efficiency in the business and growth of the company. Update:6/1/18-To say the least vehicle was picked up today and no paperwork has been given because vehicle was simply sitting in their lot for 3nights 2days. How disappointing and to say the least that not an apology was given or explanation or anything. Way to go Criswell, great business your running here. More

More recently, having been contacted by Brian via email regarding the "flagging" of my 2012 Equinox for a possible trade-in, I decided to pursue what appeared to be an interesting offer. That was followed up with an email from Anthony Vattuone prompting my contacting him by phone to resolve a few questions; he graciously followed up with a worksheet indicating the potential savings involved with my trade-in. Eventually, I decided to make an appointment with Anthony on Monday, May 29th--Memorial Day. Not only was he calm, respectfully attentive & articulate with his responses to my questions & concerns, he was also very knowledgable & maintained a good sense of humor! Within 4 hours, I had purchased the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted. Thank you, Criswell, for maintaining a solid business operation. Most recently, I was searching for an almost new Dodge van for my husband. He loves the stow and go seats and other features of this vehicle and we needed to replace our older model. I've been searching online for awhile and when we saw our (almost) new van listed online with super low mileage with a great price at the dealership I wanted to buy from, I immediately called to arrange a test drive. To my delight, the same salesperson I purchased my last car from answered my call. He went out of his way to help me the last time around, so I was delighted to work with him again. The van was spotless and looked like it came just off the showroom floor even though it was a year old. There was not a scratch inside or out. My husband and I bought the van on the spot and we are thrilled with our new ride. I'm still in love with my car I purchased a few years back and my husband loves his new van. We look forward to working with Criswell for years to come. More

My 2008 Chevrolet Silverado has been having fuel system issue I am reaching out to you to address a recent experience I had at the Criswell Chevrolet. My 2008 Chevrolet Silverado has been having fuel system issues in the last several month for which I have been bringing it to the dealership for service. I have paid thousands of dollars including today's visit on repairs and yet again, keep having the same issues. On May 15, 2018 I brought my vehicle again with the same type of issue and yesterday when I spoke with Anna in your commercial fleet services and she gave me an estimate of $1263. Today, when I arrived at the dealership and checked in with the cashier, i was charged $1614. I find it completely inappropriately and dishonest for the dealership to charge me almost $400 extra without even consulting me. I went ahead and paid the entire amount to get my truck back as this is the only vehicle I have. However, I am requesting that a review is conducted and a credit is made to my credit card.
